Preowned and well taken care of. No rips or tears. There are some small light stains as seen in the photos. The collar has a zipper and has a filling. I’m guessing the zipper is there in case you want to remove the material from the inside. When laying flat, the measurements from armpit to armpit is about 25 inches and the total length from top of shoulder to bottom is 26 inches.
