This is a RARELY OFFERED VTG mens 46 Brown Leather cowhide jacket, an amazing example of one of their jackets. This jacket is the real deal, MOTORCYCLE style, a Vintage jacket! You won’t find another nicer one if you tried, has no holes to the leather , tears, scuffs or abrasions & no odors! Has a few character marks, but, who doesn’t! Main liner is shredded, tear it out or have seamstress replace, easy fix! Doesn’t have zip in/out liner
For your consideration is this Super cool, rare SCHOTT 661F from 1979-80 MOTORCYCLE JACKET . This cool item is a handsome brown jacket. Main liner shows lots of damage, will need to remove it and/or have a seamstress to replace it, I’m sure a good cleaning/ conditioning would most likely be a good idea, but I’m no leather expert so I don’t want to ruin this jacket’s exceptional patina, so I’ll leave that to its next owner. I don’t smell any smoke or other funky smells. Has 46 size tag, has 2 zippered hand pockets over snap pockets AND 2 zippered chest pockets. Leather is in great vtg condition, has some character marks, as expected for it’s age, but nothing distracting. All of this comes together beautifully to create one of the coolest jackets I’ve ever owned! Looks pretty badass though, the coolness & patina of the jacket doesn’t distract in any way. Has an amazing patina which can only be acquired from time & use. Either way, bad ass as is! Shows little wear, but, certainly not worn out. Has signs of wear consistent with a used vtg leather jacket. Measurements while zipped closed and flat are:
Arm pit seam to arm pit seam = 22”
Shoulder seam to shoulder seam = 19”
Shoulder seam to sleeve end = 25.25”
Length from back, Bottom of collar to bottom of jacket = 26”
