DETAILS Presenting a wonderful convertible men's leather puffer jacket /vest from Isaia. The sleeves zip in / out. It's brand new with tags.  My consignor bought it new at a 50% sale and then never even wore it.  Original retail was $5750.  The size is an EU 54 regular and should fit as a US XL. The chest is 48" pit to pit.  The length is 26" from bottom of collar.  Sleeves are 27" and shoulders are 19 1/2".  The color is such a deep and dark blue that I thought it was black until I read navy on the tag.  I think many would see this as black. Now that I know it's not black, I suppose I can see a very VERY deep navy hue but it's really deep.  Leather is very soft lambskin.
